These terms describe your use of Sort Life and its support website, provided by ConnectivAI. For copies distributed through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s applicable store terms and Standard End User License Agreement also apply. These terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights or override Apple’s applicable license terms.

What Sort Life does

Sort Life is a free personal-finance recordkeeping tool. You enter and maintain your own financial information. The app is not a bank, broker, custodian or investment adviser. It does not execute transactions, manage funds, obtain live market prices or verify information with financial institutions.

Estimates, not advice

Charts, insights, savings rates, net worth and fixed-deposit projections depend on your entries and the app’s calculation assumptions. They may omit taxes, fees, penalties, payout schedules or institution-specific rules. Projections are not guaranteed returns. Verify important figures against official statements and obtain qualified advice where appropriate. The app does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

Your responsibilities

Use the app lawfully. Maintain accurate records, protect your Mac login and app passcode, and keep secure backups. Do not rely on the app as your sole financial record. Exported backups and optional MCP snapshots are readable files. You are responsible for choosing trusted destinations and AI clients.

Optional third-party services

Compatible AI clients are separate services with their own terms, availability and possible subscription fees. Sort Life does not include an AI subscription or guarantee compatibility with any particular provider or plan. Review third-party output before relying on it.

Availability and limitations

We aim to provide a useful app but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or recovery of lost data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without guarantees of investment outcomes or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and ending use

Features and these terms may change. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. You may stop using the app at any time. Export any records you want to keep before erasing data or uninstalling.
